Emily and Johnny

Places like Rush Creek Lodge almost seem too perfect for weddings. Somehow only minutes away from Yosemite, with enough room to host large weddings onsite, delicious food and drink and plenty of hotel rooms for guests, Rush Creek Lodge is an excellent choice for your wedding venue. It certainly was for Emily and Johnny.

Both Emily and Johnny prepared for the day separately with their family, but still set time aside to see each other for the first time before their wedding ceremony. Officiated by a close friend, the words spoken created an intimacy felt by everyone, setting the stage for a celebration for all.

Appetizers and cocktails were served outside as guests gathered for the reception. The party continued through the night, while dancing continued and outdoor fires created new opportunities for guests to gather to share stories into the night.

As Emily and Johnny clearly had their priorities on spended as much time as possible with their wedding guests, we waited until after their wedding day to travel into Yosemite Valley together.
