Steph and Ben

So, you're thinking about proposing to your forever person in Yosemite? And you want some epic photos to capture the moment. But with so many stunningly beautiful locations to choose from, how do you pick just one? Well, if you're like Ben and Steph, you don't. You go all out! You set out with a second day in mind.

On the first day Ben took Steph to the mountain top and Steph took it higher.

For the proposal, Ben knew he wanted to pop the question to Steph while on vacation in Yosemite, but he couldn't decide on the perfect spot because there were just too.many options. The one quality that he kept circling back to was an epic location. Eventually we all made our way up the peak seen above. Apparently everyplace that Steph is now qualifies as an epic location.

The next day they joined me for a photoshoot the after their mountaintop proposal. Steph knew the session was coming, so she had time to pick out the perfect outfit. Together we carefully made a plan to visit all the locations Ben had in mind at the best time of day. And even though they'd already had an epic proposal, they still brought the same playfulness and love to their portraits.

After spending just the slightest amount of time with them, it makes perfect sense that these two are so happy they found each other. Laughter was never far off, kindness always present. True equals, Steph and Ben's passion for life dovetails with their love for the other.

So, if you're looking for the perfect place to propose in Yosemite, don't limit yourself to just one location. Explore as many as you can, and let the beauty of the park inspire your special moment.
